Annual Kickoff Meeting

In April we held our annual kickoff meeting. Topics discussed included equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, barge and water safety, ladder safety and proper procedures when OSHA visits a jobsite.

Safety on our jobsites, maintenance shop and office are of the utmost importance to our company owners. We try to instill this mindset in all of our employees through training, weekly and daily jobsite assessments. We are happy to report that Wyman and Simpson received an insurance dividend from our provider for low workplace injuries during 2023. We chose to give this dividend to the people that keep our jobsites safe, our employees. During our annual kickoff meeting a check was distributed to every Wyman and Simpson employee for their part in keeping our jobsites safe and injury free. Congratulations to our team.
